The Willow Creek Sportsman’s Club formed in 2021 with roughly 12 original members. The group met regularly to share ideas and dreams. In 2022, the Club held their first Annual Kinzua Cup Fishing Tournament. As time went on, the Club began to expand in numbers and plan trail cleanups, water cleanups, the creation of fish habitat and structure, Kids Conservation Days, fish stocking in the local reservoir, and more.

In 2023, the club purchased a building in Willow Creek (Corydon Twp.) located at 3307 West Washington Street in Bradford, Pennsylvania. The Club’s growth over the past few years has recruited more than 400 members, reaching across many parts of the country. 

Formally, the club meets monthly on the third Monday of every month at the club house. Some members meet more frequently to contribute their time for work days at their new club house or to assist in outdoor & wildlife projects. The club has expanded with a variety of subcommittees to help with building projects and to carry out their mission. 

Moving into the future, the club foresees additional opportunity to expand with the purchase of the clubhouse. Monthly meetings focus on club goals for upcoming fundraising events, future growth and expansion, and strategies for reaching goals reflective of mission statement.
