Membership Application

Active members must attend 3 meetings AND 3 workshops/events per year to maintain their position. Voting will be open to all members who have attended the required minimum.

Membership applications and payment must be mailed to Willow Creek Sportsman’s Club at the address listed above. If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to Willow Creek Sportsman’s Club. A membership card will be sent to you as soon as the application is processed.
